- Description
- After starting her career in sociology, working in qualitative research and creativity at Ipsos Marketing Insights, Natacha moved to work on the client side within the Danone Group, at the interface between marketing and R&D. There, she integrated consumer needs analysis and creative thinking upstream of innovation and development processes. She then spent nine years at LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics as Head of Insights and Innovation, working cross‑functionally across brands (Dior, Guerlain, Givenchy, Kenzo, Make Up For Ever, Fresh, etc.) and at the intersection of marketing and R&D. In 2011, driven by the desire to combine strong analytical and strategic expertise with deep creative and artistic sensitivity, she founded her own consulting firm specializing in foresight, innovation, and brand strategy: Blossom ID. Her three‑dimensional approach brings together consumer understanding, foresight and strategic analysis, and creative and artistic inspiration, with a strong emphasis on strategic planning, serving clients in the luxury, fragrance, and cosmetics sectors. Natacha is currently preparing a book on line and color as they redefine the contours of tomorrow’s makeup. It will be published in early 2027. In parallel, she is an artist and writes poetry (two books published), which she hand‑embroidered to create visual artworks exhibited in art galleries.
