Consumers are then invited to personalize their mascara by selecting the desired formula between long-lasting, tubing, or waterproof and choose the preferred color.
This innovation has involved 3 years of R&D and extensive fine-tuning through a test-and-learn process. It was also driven by a clear market insight: mascara remains one of the must have in the make up category with a yearly turnover of 7.5–9.5 Milliards USD and also most difficult makeup categories to purchase with confidence without guidance.
