She began her career developing cosmetics for UK fashion retailers before joining Soap & Glory at start-up stage, helping expand the range and scale the brand from £1M to £85M globally. Following Soap & Glory’s £50M sale to Walgreens Boots Alliance, she joined the leadership team at Boots before reuniting with Marcia Kilgore to build Beauty Pie. Saskia has since developed an assortment of 300+ game-changing beauty and wellness products, shaping Beauty Pie’s disruptive approach to luxury beauty.
