Description
All her past life experiences pushed her to experiment with makeup in all its forms: cinema, theater, and fashion. She turned to education and opened a makeup school in Paris in partnership with another makeup artist: the École C. Chauveau. This school became international and inspired Dany to create her own brand for her students and the professional world. She created the MAKE UP FOR EVER brand in 1984 to meet the needs of makeup artists. In the 1980s, the makeup world lacked creativity with few products and a limited number of colors. Dany decided to transpose all the profusion of colors and textures available to her at the École des Beaux-Arts to the world of makeup. She thus developed her first ultra-pigmented and high-performance formulas. A true revolution in the world of makeup: a creative and innovative brand with products designed for everyone. She is building a Tribe made up of makeup artists from around the world, whom she trained. In 2000, Make Up for Ever was acquired by the LVMH group. Make Up for Ever is present in 45 countries worldwide, with a perfect vision of the multi-cultural diversity dear to the creator. Dany continued her journey with the group until 2017. Dany Sanz was a pioneer in the beauty industry: she taught her makeup techniques for 40 years and inspired generations of makeup artists. She left the group in 2017 and continued her career, using her expertise, developing products for other brands, and leading master classes.
