Leïla earned her MBA from Cornell University (USA) before working at some of the world’s biggest beauty brands, including heading the Marketing and Development divisions at both Procter & Gamble and LVMH. Leïla is a self-confessed “beauty trotter” with a passion for global cultural influences, consumer lifestyle shifts and the latest industry innovations. Her agency has predicted the major beauty trends impacting the world of beauty today and has worked in innovation consultancy for over a decade.
